There are TWO kind of people
One kind of People follows foot-steps of their
parents(or)relatives(or)friends(or)role-models.
This following is not wrong at all because these kind of people likes
way of living(or)way of thinking(or)attitude(or)actions of whom they
are following.
Example???
Parents(or)relatives(or)friends(or)role-models chooses some field,one
kind of people also follows their foot-steps means they choose same
kind of field of whom they are following.
Now
Coming to the another kind of people. Another kind of people who
thinks BIG makes a "NEW STEP".
This new step is not wrong at all because they makes new step to
fulfill their wishes/dreams/goals

Yes,I'm making a new step which hadn't made by anyone means
parents(or)relatives circle(or)friends circle[as much as i know]. I've
no even role-models for it.
